Terms of Service

1. What you are agreeing to. These terms apply when you use eSIM Eagle or buy an eSIM from us. By continuing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What we sell. We sell prepaid travel eSIM plans. Data, destinations, supported networks, validity, activation, voice or text availability, and any fair-use limits are shown before you buy. Connectivity comes from suppliers and local mobile operators, so we do not run the networks ourselves.

3. Provider rules. Third-party connectivity providers may have their own service, acceptable-use, and fair-use rules. Those rules also apply to how you use the connection when they are relevant to your plan. You still buy from us, and our prices and refund policy apply to your order.

4. Your device and installation. Before buying, check that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. You need internet to install an eSIM. Follow the setup instructions, including the correct line, APN, and data-roaming settings. Each plan may start on installation, first network connection, or first data use, so check the plan details before installing it.

5. Delivery, validity, and data. After successful payment and provisioning, we send the QR code and activation details by email and show them on your order page. Install within any stated deadline. Unused data expires when the plan ends and is not transferred or carried over. Top-ups work only when they are offered for that specific eSIM.

6. Unlimited and fair use. “Unlimited” means no fixed total data cap. It does not always mean unlimited high-speed data. Any daily high-speed allowance, slower speed, or reset period is shown in the plan details. Operators may also slow traffic during busy periods. Do not try to bypass these controls.

7. Use the service fairly. Plans are for personal and lawful use. Do not resell or commercially share an eSIM, commit fraud, send spam or bulk messages, run SIM farms or unattended automated systems, host servers, overload a network, spread malware, bypass security, reverse engineer our systems, or scrape our website without permission.

8. Refunds and service issues. Our Refund Policy explains when a refund is available. We automatically refund an order if we cannot deliver the eSIM. Report a service problem during the plan’s validity and within 30 days of the problem, then complete the troubleshooting steps. A delivered eSIM is normally not refundable just because you changed your mind. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.

9. Suspension and network limits. We or a supplier may limit or stop a service for fraud, illegal use, a security risk, harmful or unusually heavy use, or a breach of these terms. No refund is due for your breach unless the law requires one. Coverage and speed vary by operator, location, device, congestion, maintenance, and outages, so continuous service is not guaranteed.

10. Responsibility, privacy, and changes. We do not cover indirect losses or the cost of alternative connectivity, and where the law allows, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for the affected service. We never exclude rights or responsibility that the law says cannot be excluded. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle data. We may update these terms and will post material changes here.
