What we collect. Your email address (to deliver the eSIM), order details, and — if you create an account — your name and login credentials. Payment details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.

What we use it for. Delivering and supporting your eSIM, sending service notifications (delivery, low data, expiry), and fraud prevention. We do not sell your data.

Usage data. We retain daily aggregate data-use totals from our network partners to show remaining data, run automatic top-ups, improve future plan recommendations, and understand overall travel data needs. We do not receive your browsing history or the websites and apps you use.

Retention. Order records are retained for as long as required for accounting purposes. You can delete your account at any time from your profile; associated personal data is removed.
