Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your email address (to deliver the eSIM), order details, and — if you create an account — your name and login credentials. Payment details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.

What we use it for. Delivering and managing your eSIM, sending service notifications (delivery, low data, expiry), and fraud prevention. We do not sell your data.

Usage data. We retain daily aggregate data-use totals from our network partners to show remaining data, improve future plan recommendations, and understand overall travel data needs. We do not receive your browsing history or the websites and apps you use.

Website analytics. With your consent, we use PostHog Cloud EU to measure page visits and the customer journey from destination view and plan selection through checkout, payment, delivery, activation, and refunds. We collect visited URLs, device and browser information, an anonymous identifier, and the funnel events you trigger; session recording is disabled. PostHog processes this data for us. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser.

Retention. Order records are retained for as long as required for accounting purposes. You can delete your account at any time from your profile; associated personal data is removed.
