What happens when my data runs out?

For fixed-data plans, we email low-data alerts when you reach 75% and 90% usage. If your plan is marked top-up ready, top up from your account as soon as an alert arrives so you stay connected; no new eSIM is needed.

Can I use my eSIM as a hotspot?

Yes. Personal Hotspot/tethering works if your phone allows it. On some iPhones, copy the eSIM APN into Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot > APN. On unlimited plans, hotspot data counts toward the daily fair-use allowance.
